I was out walking this weekend and noticed that a lot of our trees are broken and on the ground.
I also noticed that the trees in front of cambridge have been cut due to thier running into the power lines.
I know that we are looking at spending our HOA money on the fence and lot development.
Any thought on a sponsor a tree project? I was also thinking that the trees need to be something like Crepe Myrtles.
They bloom during the summer, they can be trimmed in the winter and most of all they will not run into the power lines and look terrible when they are older.
Tell me what you think.

Michelle..
I completely agree that we should consider trees that will not one day need to be cut. I think it really does not look good.
I like Crepe myrtles because they offer color all summer long and the bark is really pretty all year long.
Whatever the plant I recommend they grow no more than 15 feet so we will not be forced to trim.
