We added a pet section to the web site. We had another found dog today. We were pretty sure that he lived in the neighborhood. So to make it easier for these guys to get back home, you can post your pet pictures on line. The admin will keep your pets home and phone number hidden. So, if someone finds the pet. Admin will call the owner and verify that the pet is indeed lost.

If someone knows a better system to help get them home with out compromising security, we are open to ideas.

The date has been set for Thursday, September 13th at 6:30.
If you would like to help Mary with set up and events post here!!! The HOA will provide the meat for the grill. All you have to bring is a chair, a side and your family!

The picnic will be on the HOA owned lot on the corner of Trisha and Corbett.

At the last HOA meeting on 01/18 several neighbors mentioned that they had trouble.

One had a break-in through the garage after getting the remote from the vehicle parked outside.

One mentioned having the bedroom and front windows shot out. (It might have been a bb gun, but they are not sure.)

I am going to add some video to our web site!!! If anyone has any from the picnic, please email me. I would like to put that up.

I thought that I would take some video and stills of all of the Christmas decorations, as well as just some video around the neighborhood.

I am not a good narrator, so I thought I would find some music that is appropriate to play in the background. If you have suggestions, post that as well.

I was out walking this weekend and noticed that a lot of our trees are broken and on the ground.

I also noticed that the trees in front of cambridge have been cut due to thier running into the power lines.

I know that we are looking at spending our HOA money on the fence and lot development.

Any thought on a sponsor a tree project? I was also thinking that the trees need to be something like Crepe Myrtles.

At our last meeting we discussed 3 phases of fencing for our neighborhood. Phase 1 is replacing the current fence along 48th. Phase 2 is the new fence between Robinson and the current Fence Along 48th. The Developer will help fund this fence. The last phase is the fence along Robinson along the New North Development. The Developer will not be providing fencing along this. We have bids for fence and would like this fencing to be uniform. We are currently reviewing and looking at options to ...
